Eat to live but ENJOY what you eat; food should nourish your body but it should also excite your soul. Be open-minded and respectful of different food backgrounds; flavours are the SPICE of life! Cooking should be simple and fun… something you can share with loved ones. Above all else, FOOD should taste GOOD!
