As a former varsity volleyball athlete, dancer and Zumba instructor, I have a variety of experiences that have exposed me to a wee bit of knowledge as it pertains to fitness. My fitness philosophy is: MOVE YOUR ASS! Who said you have to frequent the gym or pick up running? If you love it, go for it but I firmly believe you’ll never stick to any form of exercise if you don’t enjoy it. As with food, you need to experiment and try new things to see what works for you.
