Week 15

This pregnancy thing really does get better! Whoop Whoop!

How Big is the Baby?

The baby is as big as a Pear! I’m so excited that little M or N continues to grow. I will announce the name when I find out the gender.

“Your baby is still small enough to fit into the palm of your hand. New this week — light sensitivity and a bad case of the hiccups, a precursor to breathing. You can’t hear them because her system is filled with fluid rather than air but don’t be surprised if you feel them later on.”

I can’t wait to feel real movement!

Body Changes

Same. Still have moments where I feel ginormous but last weekend I did some shopping for regular cute clothes that I can wear. I feel more comfortable now that I can dress this body size.

Tummy is growing slowly. People at work are noticing more and more. I really like the whole tummy thing, it’s everything else that can go.

Dare I say, feeling good? I had a breakdown last weekend which left me feeling like ass but as soon as Monday hit and I threw on a new outfit, I felt emotionally better too. So far so good!

Lots of energy this week. I’ve been working on sleeping better which I think is helping.

Still having random bouts of heartburn. It’s really annoying. I’m not sure what is triggering it yet.

What I’m Eating

Since my grandma is living with us, I can’t make a morning smoothie because the blender is too loud. I am now obsessed with “fried” deli turkey (meaning just heated on the pan) and an English muffin with cheese. Absolutely cannot get enough.

  • ORANGES (so yummy right now, I’m going through like 3 or 4 a day)

  • mixed green salads (still taste like grass)
  • Avocado (I used to really enjoy avocado, now I can’t stand it)

Baaaaaack at it!

I went to the gym on Wednesday for a little mini elliptical jog and some stretching.

What else?
